2 The Context Regionalized HealthCare Each Region has developed its healthcare system and some Regions have developed their EHR systems independently Regional and Interoperable EHR systems Fascicolo Sanitario Elettronico (FSE) Mitigate the risk of deploying systems with functional incompatibilities and fragile unreliable components A Functional Profile for the FSE has been defined: 17 Regional Administrations, 14 Regional Agency and Health Authority, 3 National public entity and HL7 Italy EHR-S FM profile as DSTU, HL7 Italy HL7 ISO EHR-S Functional Model Rel 2
