7 Certified Yoga Instructor Yoga For Good Health Yoga teaches you how to take good care of yourself through breathing,, thinking and stretching. It s Fun! Everyone can join in as we all will be called to stop, listen and join in and participate in the full Yoga experience. Please do not rearrange, relocate or open the herbs, spices, oils, etc. need to keep secure from young people or those who my be affected by them. Zone Roger Shaw Young People Activity Area The Young People Activity Area is located outside of the main area near the North Ave. entrance. Mr. Roger Shaw has agreed to monitor the area to allow the caregivers to enjoy the day. Young People MUST be signed in! Paining Coloring Drawing Hula Hoop Sand Art And More...
