Health Advocate: 12 Bad Foods and Chronic Diseases Shirley Mills Dowers, Health Advocate Discuss the 12 bad foods that contribute to chronic diseases. JHADRC Alzheimer's Disease Research Center Octavia Byrd, Community Relations Coordinator Discuss of Alzheimer s disease, causes, possible preventions and care. DHMH Office of Genetics: Youth and Adults Health Care Mary D. Prices, MD. Coordinator of Health Care Transition Rebecca Furman Include information and resources on health care transition and its benefits, sickle cell resources in Maryland, fetal alcohol information local and statewide. Also, Provides Respite Care Resources for Summer Camp. Melaleuca Pearl Ojiere, Wellness Coach Health and Wellness Education. MCMHM Maryland Children s Mental Health Matters Tiffany Thomas, Community Outreach Coordinator Community Education for all ages; providing information to improve understanding of mental health and illness, increasing knowledge of effective interventions and strengthening pathways to care. 7 Certified Yoga Instructor Yoga For Good Health Yoga teaches you how to take good care of yourself through breathing,, thinking and stretching. It s Fun! Everyone can join in as we all will be called to stop, listen and join in and participate in the full Yoga experience. Please do not rearrange, relocate or open the herbs, spices, oils, etc. need to keep secure from young people or those who my be affected by them. Zone Roger Shaw Young People Activity Area The Young People Activity Area is located outside of the main area near the North Ave. entrance. Mr. Roger Shaw has agreed to monitor the area to allow the caregivers to enjoy the day. Young People MUST be signed in! Paining Coloring Drawing Hula Hoop Sand Art And More... Exhibitors Circle You can return to an exhibitor at the end of the day after everyone has had an opportunity to meet with them. Exhibitors will initial the block located next to their name as the person moves on to the next table.
