2 Learning Objectives Describe the behaviors, skills, and attitudes of academic leaders as they adopt innovative teaching strategies within undergraduate nursing classrooms. Identify how collaborative leaders accelerate innovation and maximize talents of a group through mutuality, connectedness, trust and power sharing. Describe at least three methods of harnessing collective intelligence through collaborative leadership.
