1 Introduction The Anesthesiologist Assistant (AA) Program sponsored by the Sponsor holds Initial/Continuing Accreditation from CAAHEP, the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs. As a component for maintaining Initial/Continuing Accreditation, the AA Program has on its behalf a survey conducted by the Accreditation Review Committee for the Anesthesiologist Assistant (ARC- AA). The purpose of this survey instrument is to evaluate the AA Program's resources and provide candid information to the Program and to the ARC-AA. Data collected here will be provided to the Program as a compiled report at a later date and no names will be collected. Thank you for taking time to complete the survey; the data will aid the ARC-AA and the Program in an ongoing process of program improvement. 1

STUDENT INSTRUCTIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES [Tutors, Computer Lab, etc.] Tutors provide assistance to the students when needed. Audiovisual and computer equipment are available to students for class assignments and activities. Computer resources are adequate to support the curriculum. Clinical Rotations - FACILITIES The clinical facilities offer an adequate number of procedures for the student to meet clinical objectives. Clinical Rotations - EXPERIENCES Each clinical rotation is of sufficient length to enable the student to complete clinical objectives. The clinical preceptors provide adequate guidance. I can approach clinical preceptors with questions. I have consistent one-on-one supervision from an AA or an anesthesiologist.
