Consider focus group survey and methods of support Review SAR and ensure that E&D Improvement plan using Learning Curve is included for all curriculum areas. Quality Auditor SMT Nov 2018 SAR reviewed forward to OFSTED Jan E&D themes are explored when appropriate. Summary of any identified issues is included within the SAR with any
4 E&D promotion to learners via delivery. Learning Curve E&D plans are set for all curriculum areas and included in commitment plans for Apprenticeships. ESF Project Environmental statement and E&D Statement and expected standard to continue to be issued 6 All Ensure that all MITSkills policies support our commitment to equality and diversity. Roll out Learning curve for all new Apprenticeships Follow up plane with all partners and Staff. Look to extend Learning Curve to Study programme and all Traineeships. ESF confirm all learners continue receive E&D and Environmental and Sustainability statement, including expected standards reflecting shorter course. Ensure that all Equality Policy and other policies are subject Equality Impact Assessment and reflect our commitment and duties to - Eliminate unlawful discrimination, harassment and victimisation and other conduct prohibited by the Equality Act - Advance equality of opportunity between people who share a protected characteristic and those who do not. - Foster good relations between people who share a protected characteristic and those who do not..
