2 CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY Fusion takes its social responsibility earnestly and contribute towards the development of society and environment. As part of its CSR, Fusion conducts various social activities for the benefit of its clients and communities around its operational areas. Some of the CSR activities are enlisted below: 1. Promoting Healthcare and Sanitation: Healthcare Project Gyan Health Booklet: Distribution of free booklet on Health and Hygiene Project Sashakt (Anemia): Free check up camp and distribution of requisite medicine for anemia eradication.follow up and quarterly check up of the patients till the normal hemoglobin achieved Project Sparsh (HIV): Street plays to generate HIV/AIDS awareness Project Spandan (TB): Explaining and prevention for Tuberculosis causes, symptoms Project Ayushman (Vitamin): Explaining vitamins, their source and important nutrition Project Avdhan Breast Cancer: Explaining causes, symptoms and prevention of Breast Cancer

3 Healthcare Fusion has conducted Health camp for women and children from the community at various locations on the occassion of International Women's Day 2017.

4 Sanitation Fusion has built Toilets for the community use at Ladwa (Haryana) to promote Swachh Bharat Abhiyan of the Government of India. 2. Promoting education: employment enhancing vocational skills: Skill Development Project Gyan Skill Booklet: Distribution of free booklet various household business on Project Jivika Handicrafts: Training for handicraft items and generation of employment

5 Digital Literacy programs Fusion has conducted digital literacy trainings for its clients and other people from the community. People were taught about various modes of digital payment using their Aadhar card, GSM and smart mobile phones.

7 Financial Literacy Program Fusion has conceptualized and formulated a pictorial tool kit for raising client s awareness on financial literacy Clients are provided training on financial literacy during CGT by the branch staff using the tool kit Under Financial Literacy Program, clients are being educated on money management, joint liability, proper utilization of money earned and illeffects of over borrowing. 3. Ensuring environmental sustainability, ecological balance, protection of flora and fauna, animal welfare: Bio Diversity Conservation work of Harike wetland Fusion has contributed to World Wildlife Fund (WWF) for the ongoing bio-diversity conservation work in Harike wetland in Punjab to promote environmental protection

8 Tree Plantation drive Tree saplings were distributed to rural women in Madhya Pradesh 4. Contribution to Prime Minister s National Relief Fund: Contribution to PM's National Relief Fund Fusion has contributed in the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund (PMNRF) towards the victims of Jammu & Kashmir flood. Flood relief Fund Fusion has contributed towards Chennai flood relief through an NGO named ASHA

9 5. Rural Development Projects: Installation of LED lights Installation of LED lights was done in public park Distribution of Solar lights Solar lights were distributed to the clients.

Relief and Welfare of SC, ST, OBCs, minorities and women: Relief work for Fire accident victims 6 houses met with a massive fire accident in Imalya village at Vidisha branch in Madhya Pradesh in April The families were provided with basic support like clothes and necessary food items to cope with the accident. A similar massive accident took place in Saraiya block of Muzaffarpur in Bihar in April 2016 where 20 families faced the disaster. An immediate support was provided to them by Fusion team by providing clothes and food items.
