3 Description of Partners Skyline College Community college serving >9,000 students in Northern San Mateo County Major allied health programs include: Administrative Medical Assistant (Includes Patient Navigation) Surgical Careers (Surgical Technology & Sterile Processing) Respiratory Care (Associate s and Bachelor s Degrees) Emergency Medical Care (EMT Certificate) Jewish Vocational Service JVS has helped more than 75,000 clients develop in-demand skills, make connections and get good jobs Since 1992, JVS trained > 4,000 clients for jobs in healthcare Since 1993, JVS placed > 5,000 youth in internships Skills to Work programs focus on healthcare, technology, and financial services Train clients in a variety of healthcare roles (e.g., Medical Assistant, Medical Administrative Assistant, Nursing, etc.)
