2 Ocean Spirit Emercency First Aid Response has been established since 2 years in Péreybère. Our aim is to train Mauritians to save lives and offer help to those who need it in life threatening situations. This shall be done based on humanitarian thoughts in which the transfer of knowledge and skills acquisition on a professional yet personal way is guaranteed. All our instructors are qualified as emergency first response instructors and refresh their knowledge and skills each 24 months. Our instructors will create a non-stressful learning environment in which the students are able to learn on a easy and pleasant way. Modern medical equipment shall be used during the course and a special box with barriers for hygiene will be given to each student. About EFR international Emergency First Response is the fastest-growing international CPR, AED and first aid training organization. With more than 31,000 instructors worldwide, Emergency First Response is backed by 36 years of experience in the development and delivery of instructional courses, training materials and educational curricula. Emergency First Response courses have gained widespread international acceptance. Emergency First Response's course curriculum are based on patient care standards as published in the American Heart Association Guidelines 2005 Standards for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Emergency Cardiovascular Care, and the consensus view of the Basic Life Support (BLS) Working Group of the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR). ILCOR is an international standards group representing most of the world's major resuscitation organizations. Ocean spirit Emergency First Response provides the courses in English and French in Mauritius. Our Vision Ocean Spirit would like to prepare the Mauritians on an easy way on how to deal with accidents and treating situations aiming to train one individual for every family in Mauritius. 2
