2 Mission Statement and Objectives The 2014 Michigan Trauma Symposium will highlight aspects of trauma management from the pre-hospital phase through discharge planning. Our goal is to enhance learning opportunities for all members of the trauma team. Physicians or Advanced Practice Providers: $100 Nursing or Clinical Staff: $70 Pre-Hospital or Students: $50 The registration fee includes tuition and materials for one attendee, breakfast, lunch and snacks. Space is limited. Early registration is encouraged. Registration deadline is April 1. Accommodations Hotel rooms are available at the Prince Conference Center at a discounted rate. Please call to make a reservation and mention the symposium. This discount is not available online. Cancellations A full refund will be given provided cancellation is received by April 14. A $25 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations not received prior to the deadline.
