Once completed, the yellow turns gray indicating that at least the minimum documentation necessary for the shift has been completed. Caregivers use biometric thumbprint scanners or passwords for secure access to the CareTracker system. This allows every observation to be stamped with the date and time, and digitally signed by the caregiver.
