2 Patient Overview The overview screen allows you to view Recent vital sign data Recent intake and output data Active and recently ended inpatient medications and IV therapy Laboratory, Radiology and Ancillary results within the user's defined recent timeframe setting Active and recently ended order data

3 Patient Sidebar The Patient Sidebar provides access to the patient worklist and Patient Profile data for the selected patient Advanced Directive Allergies Blood Products Care Assignments Contacts, Demographics, Encounters, Financials Family History, Immunizations Implants Non-hospital Medications Patient Alerts Patient Education Problems and Procedures Social History

4 Assigning yourself to a patient (list management) From the Patient Sidebar Select Care Assignments You can manage adding or removing a patient assignment to yourself.

8 Flowsheets Flowsheets Tab provides information including I&O, Nursing, MAR and Results. Information displays in a time-line format based on date/shift configuration and displays visual indicators to alert you to data that is out-of-range. Flowsheet enables you to Collapse and expand sections of the flowsheet and Launch to other applications from the flowsheet

9 Nursing Documentation Nursing Documentation Flowsheet displays: Vital Signs (including pain scores entered as vital signs) Ventilator/Bed data Measurements IVs entered in IV Management Assessments (including pain scores entered as part of an assessment) Progress Notes You can view detailed data by clicking the desired data cell

10 MAR The MAR flowsheet provides an organized view of the patient s current MAR medications that enables you to quickly locate and determine the administration schedule and status of medications. You can view detailed data by clicking the desired data cell.

11 MAR The standard MAR flowsheet groups medications as follows: ROUTINE, including all active medications on the patient's Pharmacy profile with the exception of PRN medications: Unscheduled medications Scheduled medications Intravenous medications IV Piggy Back medications Chemotherapy medications Respiratory medications PRN, including all medications with a PRN frequency Medications within a group display alphabetically by chemical name and also display the trade name as a secondary source of information.

12 Results The Results flowsheet displays the patient's test results, including Lab, Microbiology, Radiology, Diagnostic Imaging, Cardiology, and "other results for the selected time interval.

13 Results The Results tab enables users to Display results for a patient in a flowsheet grid for a selected time interval Trend views across visit ID/encounters Display current results with previous results in a grid or trend view View results by diagnostic families and groups View details about a specific test result View an indication of critical, abnormal, normal, and interpretative results at the order event level and the test/analyte level Display numeric, non-numeric, and textual historical test results. Re-order an order code from the result view using CPOE

14 Physician Documentation The Documentation window will be familiar to you and contains tabs for Documents Search Note Templates Favorite Note Templates

15 Personal Links Personal Links replaces the URLs tab from WebStation for Physicians. From here you may access frequently used links such as: UpToDate Monitors Physician Reports

16 Physician Workqueue The Physician Workqueue replaces the WebStation for Physicians Action List and is easily accessible on the right side bar. You will find the Bulk Sign Off button for your orders sign off here.
