5 All adverts were advertised on the basis of cross-county working as per the adverts above which shows working on both locations. 15 The table includes a gap in August. Is there any reason for this? Is this because the table only logs data when staff are interviewed for a role and thus if no interview was conducted in August there would be no data entry? There was no advert in August, one of the candidates for the interview on 02/07/2015 could not attend on this date so the interview was rescheduled to 29/07/2015. The Matron was waiting for the outcome of this interview and the Trust vacancy approval process to be completed before re-advertising. 15 Do you have a policy on working with patients? Answer: Yes.
