Services supported by UNFPA Psycho social support Units The fixed unit was maintained by affecting to it trilingual psychologists (Arab, French and English) to meet the needs of the recipients from different nationalities. Psychosocial support continued to be provided in Choucha camp The hospital antenna was maintained for ensuring the referral and psychosocial assistance for the benefit of the patient. Reproductive Heath unit Managed by two midwives recruited locally, this unit provides the minimum initial services package of SRH. A twice-weekly support is ensured by the mobile unit of the ONFP in order to sensitize population at Choucha camp on the advantages of the RH consultation and ensure health education. Moreover, a weekly supervision is ensured by ONFP supervision midwife. Coordination, representation of the UNFPA and the referral systems were maintained and refined according to reports established progressively $ " ' + More than 200 dignity kits were distributed to women and to girls in the Choucha camp. The distribution is continuing according to new arrivals and on the needs. The RH kits were distributed to several field services operating in the area of RH after need analysis; accordingly, the Tunisian Military hospital was provided with kit 3 (Post- Rape kit), kit 5 (STI kit) and kit 11 (Referral level kit for Reproductive Health: disposable, reusable, medical materials, in addition to delivery kits already received). Training sessions on MISP were organized for the benefit of actors in the field including those from Ministry of Health, ONFP, Tunisian Military Hospital, Tunisian Association for reproductive Health,, Moroccan Military Hospital, Save the Children, ACT, Islamic Relief, IFRC, UNICEF, IOM. Around sixty people distributed according to two categories of audiences were trained: Health providers Social workers and psychologists. A situation analysis in families camps was carried out by UNFPA team allowing the establishment of a profile of this population as well as the diagnosis of their specific needs according to age, sex, health conditions. The results will be shared during the next days. UNFPA as lead of SGBV group in partnership with UNHCR and UNICEF is finalizing the Standards Operating Procedures (SOP). New arrival in Choucha camp of sex workers requires UNFPA psychologists and midwifes intervention to sensitize and provide them with STI treatment as well as distribution of male and female condoms is continuing. The same approach of a peer education is adopted for sensitizing this population. 2

The slow repatriation of the transit migrants and the slow reorganization of the camp as a transit zone and family refugees zone by nationality, make more difficult the set up of a final Standards Operating procedures. $ i. Reinforce the local UNFPA team by national logistician and a coordinator with transportation (4 wheel drive). ii. Review with UNDSS the possibility to set up offices and personnel at Ben guerdane for better time management temps and minimising distance travel. iii. Prepare teams (identification and trainings) for a possible evaluation of the situation/intervention in Libya. iv. Continue the training programme on MISP for the benefit of health and psycho social providers operating in the field. v. Conduct regular census to establish demographic and epidemiological profile of the camps population (families) which are in permanent change. vi. Adapt services provided and mechanisms set up according to the evolution of situation and the new configuration of the camps. vii. Concerning the health contingency plan, UNFPA is providing RH kits for each of three levels of reference. UNFPA is ready to provide technical expertise and logistic resources, to ensure that the MISP is available at the basic services 3
