The Ventilation Service works directly with families of children with complex health needs, including ventilation, allowing the child to be cared for in their own homes. The childs needs can vary from needing their breathing observed when connected to a ventilator only when asleep to more complex work including feeding via a tube, help with toileting, help with moving and being fully dependent on a ventilator 24 hours per day. The service covers a wide geographical area across Glasgow, Argyll and Clyde, North Ayrshire and Lanarkshire and you will be expected to work across the entire service area.
