1 1 Child survival and development The population, in particular children under five, pregnant women and adolescents have access to and increasingly use health and nutrition services (UNDAF Programme Outcome 2.1.1) Pregnant women, newborns, children and adolescents are cared for in conformity with the strategy for maternal newborn and child survival (UNDAF Programme Outcome 2.1.2).
