Ramasamy Udayar who was e Founder and Managing Trustee of e Trust and also e first Chancellor of e Deemed University. Shri. V. R. Venkataachalam is currently e Chancellor of e University and is also e Managing Trustee of e Trust. Over two decades, Sri Ramachandra University has transformed into a full fledged University wi nine constituent colleges/faculties and have around 100 courses in e heal care sciences.the refreshingly green University campus is spread over 150 acres and houses more an 4000 students wi all teaching and training facilities under one roof. This turnover has an impact on e performance and profitability of healcare organizations. Effective management practices are necessary to tackle e issue of nursing migration and turnover. Nursing education is experiencing many changes. From e traditional classroom to web-based clinical instruction, e transition continues. Accompanying is transition are e challenges at nurse educators must identify and remedy. Nursing educational processes continue to experience revision, modification, refinement, and innovation in response to changes at occur in e broader educational environment as well as in e healcare delivery system.
