2 Pediatric Infectious Disease Update Who Should Attend This event offers up-to-date, practical information about pediatric infectious disease for any healthcare professional who cares for children. There will also be opportunities to participate in case discussions. Continuing Education Children s Hospital Medical Center of Akron is accredited by the Ohio State Medical Association to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Children s Hospital Medical Center of Akron designates this live activity for a maximum of 5.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits TM. Identify indications for adjunctive therapy for streptococcal diseases. 6. Identify the risk factors for recurrent staph infections. 7. Reveal the best cases from 2017 and review the diagnosis and treatment.
