2 Inspection proforma for B.Sc..(Nursing) 1. LAND i) land documents in original showing in the name of TrustSociety in the form of Registered sale Deed Irrevocable Gift Deed (Registered) Irrevocable Government lease (in original) for a minimum period of 30 years by the concered authority of Government There should be at least 3 acres Land in a compact single Patch for MPHW, GNM post Baisc, B.Sc. Nursing and M.Sc Nursing each. For the Annual capacity of 60 students the consturcted area of the school should be 1200 sq. ft There should be at least 3 Acre of land in a compact single block for MPHW (ANM), GNM, Post Basic (B.Sc.) Nursing and M.Sc. Nursing for the school of nursingcollege of Nursing if these courses are started individually. In case more than one course is started within the same campus under the same name and same TrustScoeity then the requirement of the land will be 4 acres The appplication should have at least 4 acre of land at one place land fragmen ted in more than one piece shall not be considered. The land should either be owned by the applicant or leased for at least 33 years Up to 02 nursing courses- Exclusively earmarked unfragmented-02 acres of land. For more than 02 nursing courses- 2
3 exclusively earmarked unfragmented 04 acres of land. Applicant should either own or should be in permission thereof as a lease for a period of 33 years ii) The land is in one chunk and exclusively earmarked for Nursing college (certificate of contiguity required). iii) The land should be free from all encumbrances. Nursing(N) with 10 years experience after M.Sc (N) out of which 7 years should teaching experience. Ph.D.(N) is desirable iv) Associate Professor (2) M.Sc. Nursing(N) with 8 years experience after M.Sc (N) including 5 years should teaching experience. Ph.D.(N) is desirable v) Assistant Professor (40-60=3) M.Sc. Nursing(N) with 3 years experience after M.Sc (N). vi) Tutor (40-60=10-18) M.Sc. Nursing or B.Sc. Nursing P.B.B.Sc. 11 Instructions for the Inspection Committee:- 1. The attendance sheet along with name and designation of officers in the inspection should be attached with the Inspection Proforma. 2. All the columns should be filled the concerned officer. 3. The s should be numbered, flagged and attached with the Inspection Proforma. 4. The Photographs should be attached in a print form if possible or a CD along with at least 2 pen drivers (with videography) should be submitted with the Inspection Proforma. 5. The Inspection Committee should give clear cut reference of all the deficiencies found during inspection and accordingly recommend or propose the withdrawal of NOC of the concerned college. 6. School and College of nursing can share laboratories, if they are in same campus under same name and under same trust, that is the institution is one but offering different nursing programmes. However they should have equipments and articles proportionate to the strength of admission. And the class rooms should be available as per the requirement stipulated by Indian Nursing Council of each programme. 11
