2 KEY TASKS EXPECTED OUTCOMES Demonstrates professionalism and leadership in times of high clinical workload Operational Support Recommends and introduces changes in operational processes to minimise cost and maximize efficiency Allocates staff to patient needs and delegates appropriately to match workload demands Demonstrates effective use of systems to manage the operations of the department as a whole. Ensures rostering delivers safe staffing and skill mix within budgeted resources Is able to provide skilled nursing care for a wide range of clinical needs, role modeling advanced assessment skills and care planning ability.
