3 Certification/ This program offers three levels of sequential training designed to address different levels of case management and patient complexity and a train the trainer program. Each of the programs is offered in person with follow-up through video or telephone group conferencing. Level 2: Empowerment-based case-management Lecture/discussion/powerpoint training for high complexity patients.
