The information provided by the student in this application form will be treated confidentially and will be reviewed only by authorized committee members and staff. The number of students selected for progression each semester may vary according to the resources available to the School of Nursing at the time. All students eligible may not be accepted. All students must submit an Application for Progression in the School of Nursing by or fax before enrolling in Nursing curriculum courses (Nursing 235). The application must be in the Office of the School of Nursing by May 1 st for the summer semester, July 15 th for the Fall semester, or December 1 st for the Spring Semester. A student who is not approved must re-file his/her Application for Progression for consideration for the next semester. Conference time will be scheduled at the student s request to review his/her application status.
