1 3M Infection Prevention Solutions Inspiring Change. Changing Lives. Recognize the power of small actions Preventing healthcare associated infections (HAIs) is a complex issue, and there is no single solution. But together, we can make a difference in the fight against HAIs. OneTogether: The Power of Small Actions is founded upon the idea that powerful results can be achieved through persistent action. By joining the movement and sharing it with your colleagues, you are igniting positive change in how we combat preventable HAIs. Our goal is to unite the global health care community using our heads, hearts and hands. With your participation, the possibilities are endless. A simple thank you makes a big difference OneTogether seeks to highlight and connect individual actions to patient outcomes in a positive, empowered way. By thanking your colleagues and recognizing the important contributions they make every day to help prevent healthcare associated infections, you are helping to create a shared purpose to address this issue. You re behind the curtain Twelve pre-formatted cards have been designed to recognize and celebrate the many ways that healthcare professionals are helping prevent HAIs. Use these cards to thank professionals in your facility for their dedication and ignite a chain reaction of the small but powerful measures that help keep patients safe. Page 2 of this document is a full page of generic card backs; pair this with any page of card fronts (pp. 3-14) and print double-sided. Cut to size as indicated by the crop marks. Each page will print eight cards. Printing Instructions Do you have an idea for additional tools to help create a shared purpose and address HAIs differently? Share your suggestion by joining the OneTogether LinkedIn Community!
