11 (Re-)assessment Ensure that all long-term unemployed are offered in-depth individual assessments and guidance at the latest when they reach 18 months of unemployment. Should cover: - employability prospects, - barriers to employment, - previous job search efforts, - Information on job offers and available support, including EURES Interventions between 12 and 18 months to address: Drop in transitions to employment during this period Shift in responsibility between authorities in charge
12 Job integration agreement Make an offer that targets the specific needs of the LTU and combines services and measures provided by different organisations in the form of a job integration agreement 1. Individual service offer targeting individual specific needs combining services and measures provided by different orgs explicit goals, timelines and obligations of the beneficiary obligations: taking active steps to find jobs, accepting suitable work, attending E&T, re-qualification or ALMPs - Service provider'(s) offer : job search assistance, in work assistance Validation, rehabilitation, counselling, guidance, educatoin, VET, work experience, social support, ECEC, health and long-term care, debt counselling, housing and transport.

15 SPOC: Job Integration Agreement (2) Discuss and sign the JIA with the registered LTU jobseeker Monitor the implementation of the JIA Regular contacts with long-term unemployed OR Information flows with support service institutions in charge of delivering services identified in the JIA If necessary, update the JIA Ensure necessary exchanges between institutions to decide on the need to update the JIA.
16 Closer links to employers Partnership Better understanding of enterprise and LTU needs. Services for employers Screening job vacancies, placement and post-placement support, workplace mentoring and training. Focus financial incentives Recruitment subsidies and reduction of soc. insurance contributions to increase job opportunities for LTU.
