RECRUITMENT INITIATIVES Type Of Recruitment Initiative (Menu Selection) Brief Description Of Activity 1 Participate in Broadcasting Workshop On April 12, 2014 The Making of Broadcast Radio a workshop at Wiley College in Marshall Texas. Following the workshop, attendees were able to ask questions of the panelists. SEU participants included Nina Montgomery, program director for KMJJ FM & KVMA FM, our SEU s two urban stations. 2 Host Job Fair On March 18, 2014, our SEU hosted the Putting ARK-LA-TEX Back to Work job fair at the Horseshoe Casino & Hotel Riverdome in Bossier City Louisiana. Our SEU secured the exhibit space, solicited local employers and organized all logistical aspects of the event and also participated as an exhibitor. Our Vice President/Market Manager, Key Account Manager, Account Executives, and our Promotions Director manned the Cumulus booth and spoke with interested attendees about openings within the SEU. This event was promoted on one or more of the SEU stations. 3

4 3 Host Job Fair On October 7, 2014, our SEU hosted the Putting ARK-LA-TEX Back to Work job fair at the Horseshoe Casino & Hotel Riverdome in Bossier City Louisiana. Our SEU secured the exhibit space, solicited local employers and organized all logistical aspects of the event and also participated as an exhibitor. Our Vice President/Market Manager, Key Account Manager, Account Executives, and our Promotions Director manned the Cumulus booth and spoke with interested attendees about openings within the SEU. This event was promoted on one or more of the SEU stations. 4 Host Open House On August 12, 2014, our SEU hosted a sales open house at our facilities/studios in Bossier City Louisiana. Attendees were introduced to staff members, listened to a presentation about selling radio time and toured the facilities/studios. Following the tour, attendees were able to ask questions of the staff. Resumes were collected and each guest completed an application and questionnaire. SEU participants included our General Sales Manager, Key Accounts Manager, and four Account Executives. This event was promoted on one or more of the SEU stations. 5 Participate in Job Fair On March 13, 2014, our SEU participated in the Spring 2014 Job and Internship Fair at LSU Shreveport in Shreveport Louisiana. Our SEU s Promotions Director manned a booth at this event and spoke with attendees about openings within the SEU. 4

5 6 Participate in Job Fair On March 20, 2014, our SEU participated in the Career Fair at Louisiana College in Pineville Louisiana. Our SEU s Sales Assistant manned a booth at this event and spoke with attendees about career opportunities in broadcasting and job openings within the SEU. 7 Participate in Job Fair On July 23, 2014, our SEU participated in the job fair sponsored by the Shreveport Bossier Women & Minority Career Expo at the Horseshoe Casino & Hotel Riverdome in Bossier City Louisiana. Our SEU s Promotions Director manned a booth at this event and spoke with attendees about career opportunities in broadcasting and job openings within the SEU. 5
