4 Teachers ask. Teachers create project requests for resources their students need to learn. Each project is carefully vetted.

5 You choose. Anyone can choose a project to support. When the project is funded, our team purchases and sends the materials to the classroom.

6 Students learn. Every donor gets photos, a teacher thank you letter, and a cost report. Donors giving $50+ also receive handwritten student thank yous.

9 Match offers How it works How it looks A Double Your Impact match offer matches every donation to a classroom project that meets your criteria. Match offers provide a powerful incentive for donors, helping your impact go twice as far. Projects with match offers are 75% more likely to reach their goal than regular projects.

10 Match offer search results When site visitors filter their search for a half-off match offer, they will see your logo and values statement at the top of their search results, followed by a list of all projects qualifying for the match offer. 10

11 Gift cards It s a gift of philanthropy. Your recipient applies the value of their gift card to any classroom project at DonorsChoose.org. Then, they get photos and thank-you letters from the classroom they helped.
