Holley, has over 30 years of environmental review experience involving the preparation of environmental documentation in conformance with National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA), and New York City Environmental Quality Review (CEQR), and the broad range of analysis areas considered in these documents. Mr. Holley has focused in recent years on the various environmental and planning analyses related to large-scale transportation infrastructure and brownfield/boa issues. Marc can assist with questions related to investigation and remediation strategies of potential brownfield (contaminated) sites. This can include a discussion of the regulatory process, timing, costs, as well as types of governmental incentive
