That fits with the country strategic plan. By contrast, California a state with about three times the population of Ontario produces only 21,000 STEM graduates per year. Waterloo University, Ontario, produces an amazing kind of talent. It gives students a great grounding in computer science, but also by the time they graduate they ve passed through four summers of co-op programs, so they ve worked at Facebook, at Google, Microsoft, BlackBerry, or other companies.

25 25 Model: The Palestine Information and Communications Technology Incubator (PICTI) has offices in the West Bank and Gaza. In addition to the space and seed funding, PICTI offers full incubation services such as networking, and legal and financial coaching through PICTI business advisors, its Network of Mentors (PNM), as well as international networks such as Mowgli, Youth Employment Network (YEN), and BiD NETWORK. PICTI is a not-for-profit organization with a minimal equity shares recovery model.
