14 Water Industry Worker Program The Water Industry Worker concept has been born from the need to develop a plan to implement a competency recognition program for water industry No longer will water industry workers be seen as unskilled labour but will be viewed as highly skilled and capable, with skills that are nationally recognised. qldwater Water Industry Worker Program The Big Picture!
