1 NDSU Extension Service - Stutsman Co February H Happenings THE STUTSMAN COUNTY EXTENSION OFFICE IS MOVING Effective February 21, our office will be at a new location. We are moving over to the former senior citizens center attached to the Stutsman County Library at th Ave SE. Our phone and fax numbers will remain the same. This will be a great move for us, as we are gaining a lot of space. At this location, we have the ability to hold our programs and meetings right at our office. We will also be able to have many of our 4-H meetings and events there as well! We hope to host an open house once we get settled in, but feel free to stop by to say hi and get a tour before then. INFORMATION NEEDED FROM CLUBS Please bring in your treasurer s report from August the checkbook register and the bank statement will do. This is an annual requirement, so please be ready for this coming at the end of this 4-H year. Send in the names of your first year members - they are eligible for a free 4-H emblem. We need to know how many to have and who to send them out to. Please send Robin your list soon - THANKS! They will need an emblem for any participation at any 4-H event!! EXECUTIVE AND LEADERS COUNCIL MEETINGS February 22 nd at 2 pm at our new office will be the start time for the executive committee. Tentative time for the leaders council meeting will be 3:30, but final plans have not been made. Please mark the date as there will be quite a bit to go over - fair planning and all!! (Please note, this is a change from a previous , as there is a benefit for a club leader on the March 1 st.)
