1 Community Notice Solicitation of Applications for Coto de Caza Planning Advisory Committee The County of Orange is seeking qualified candidates to serve on the Coto de Caza Planning Advisory Committee (CPAC). Purpose The Coto de Caza Planning Advisory Committee (CPAC) will be established to advise the Orange County Zoning Administrator, Planning Commission, Board of Supervisors, and County agencies on all discretionary actions of the County of Orange in the unincorporated area located within the boundaries of the Coto de Caza Specific Plan. Responsibilities The Coto de Caza Planning Advisory Committee will be responsible for conducting public meetings for the purpose of considering proposed land development projects submitted by the County for its review including, but not limited to, General Plan amendments, Specific Plan amendments, area plans, subdivision maps, zone changes, zone code amendments, site plans, use permits, and variance permits. CPAC shall report any recommendations on such projects to the Director of OC Public Works or his or her designee. The recommendations of the CPAC shall be advisory only and not binding on any County agency.
