Monday, April 16, 2018 Thursday, April 19, 2018 Paradise Point Resort & Spa, San Diego, California, USA This biennial conference brings together plasma physicists and engineers from a variety of fields, including magnetic confinement fusion, inertial confinement fusion, space plasmas, astrophysics, and industrial applications, to discuss mutual problems and latest results in the development of instrumentation, experimental and analytical techniques for the characterization of plasmas and their applications. The conference attracts more than 400 participants from around the world. 3 Exhibitor location All exhibits will be located near the poster session location. Exhibitor / Sponsor Shipping and Receiving Exhibitors shipping large items on pallets will need to make their own arrangements with the conference hotel for unloading. Items on pallets will not be dismantled by Conference Staff and will remain on the loading dock until an exhibitor s representative arrives. Please contact htpd2018@fusion.gat.com for shipping information to the conference venue. Materials will not be accepted more than 72 hours in advance due to lack of storage space. Any materials arriving earlier than 72 hours before the conference start date will be returned at the exhibitor s expense. Handouts to be included in the attendee s packet must be received by March 15 th 2018 (htpd2018@fusion.gat.com).

5 Exhibiting Terms & Conditions 1) All cancellations must be received in writing. Any cancellation prior to March 1 st 2018 will receive a 50% refund if total booth cost has been received. No refunds will be issued after March 1 st ) Two or more organizations may not exhibit in a single booth space unless prior arrangements have been made with the Conference Organizers. 3) Exhibits must not project beyond allotted spaces, must not obstruct the view or interfere with traffic to other exhibits, and must not obstruct any fire exits or patron walkways. 4) Exhibitors can start setting up at 3:00 PM on Sunday, April 15 th ) Exhibits must be dismantled by 12:00 PM on Thursday, April 19 th ) All exhibits must comply with fire and facility regulations. 7) Exhibitors are prohibited from defacing facility property, including taping or securing any materials to facility walls. 8) Exhibitors assume responsibility for and agree to indemnify and defend the Conference Organizers and their respective employees against any claim. 9) The Exhibitor understands that the Conference Organizers do not maintain insurance covering the Exhibitor s property. It is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance. 10) The Conference Organizers may prohibit installation or request removal of any promotional material which is not in keeping with the character or purpose of the event.
