1 PHASE IV Financial Plan The Phase IV Financial Plan is one of the most lucrative in network marketing. It provides compensation for both the beginner or the full time professional. It also allows you the opportunity to participate in the free enterprise system. Read on to find out how it works and what you have to do to get in profit quickly. Before we dig into the details of the plan, we need to cover some terms and definitions that we will refer to throughout the financial plan. Please read through these terms below. Bonus Volume or BV All ForMor products are assigned a Bonus Volume or BV value. Commissions are paid based on the amount of Bonus Volume (BV) you and your team generate each month. The foundation of the Financial Plan is based upon each individual distributor in North America selling 114 BV (108 BV International) of product every month (about 6 bottles of product). 114 BV (108 BV International) is the only requirement in order to qualify for full commissions on Phase III of the Financial Plan. Fast Start Packs Bringing in additional people to your team is essential to building your business. New distributors begin with a Fast Start Pack. There are several available and each pack contains a good starting inventory of products at substantial savings plus a Fast Start Distributor Kit. There are 3 options to join ForMor International and begin your journey to financial freedom and total life prosperity. Package: Cost: Elite Fast Start Pack $ Premier Fast Start Pack $ Basic Fast Start Pack $ The Fast Start Packs have no BV assigned to them, however, any person who signs up with a pack is considered a Qualified Executive Distributor that month just as if they had qualified with 114 BV of product (108 BV International). Total Team BV The Total Team BV (or simply, Team BV) is the cumulative total Bonus Volume in your entire organization, including personal volume above your qualifying 114 BV (108 International).

2 Total Team Volume Total Team Volume (or simply, Team Volume) is the cumulative total of Bonus Volume AND Fast Start Pack volume in your entire organization, including personal volume above your qualifying 114 BV (108 International). Rank Level Qualifications In the ForMor financial plan there are six basic rank levels. You begin as an Executive Distributor. As you sponsor more people into your organization you will rise to Ruby, Emerald, Diamond, Double Diamond and finally Platinum Diamond. Your current rank level qualification dictates which phases of the Financial Plan you participate in. We will refer to these rank levels frequently in words and pictures, therefore we will establish the definition of each level and a legend of corresponding icons below. This icon represents an Executive Distributor who has met their 114 BV qualification requirements for the current month. Qualifying as a Ruby only requires that you have two Qualified Executives on your first level. These could also be Fast Start Packs. Qualifying as an Emerald requires that you have four (4) Qualified Executives on your first level and at least 1,500 in Team Volume. Qualifying as a diamond requires that you have six (6) Qualified Executive Distributors on your first level and a Total Team Volume of 7,500*. Qualifying as a Double Diamond requires that you have six (6) Qualified Executive Distributors on your first level, and have at least two (2) legs with at least one (1) Diamond each (both within the first three levels) and a Total Team Volume of 50,000*. Qualifying as a Platinum Diamond requires that you have six (6) Qualified Executive Distributors on their first level, has at least two (2) legs with at least one (1) Double Diamond each (both within the first three levels) OR four (4) Diamonds in at least three (3) different legs (also within the first three levels) and a Total Team Volume of 100,000*. *No more than 70% from one leg may be counted toward Team Volume

3 Phase I - Fast Start Bonus Phase I is designed to quickly infuse cash into the hands of all distributors who are building the business. When you sponsor an individual into ForMor with a Fast Start Pack, you receive a Fast Start Bonus*. The bonus schedule is listed below. Fast Start Packs Fast Start Bonus Elite Pack $200 Premier Pack $130 Basic Pack $50 *The Fast Start Bonus is also paid weekly to Autoship members! Phase II - Business Development Bonus Phase II is designed to encourage and reward new business development. This phase enables the leaders to actively work with their newer team members to help them build their business. Rank levels of Emerald and above are eligible to participate in Phase II. The bonus is paid out on the sale of Fast Start Packs only. Here is how it works: Based upon your rank level, the phase II bonus pays up to $80.00 for each new person sponsored by ANY and ALL of your team members: regardless of how deep in your organization.* Phase II Bonus Illustration: Emerald Diamond Double Diamond Platinum Diamond Elite $20 $40 $60 $80 Premier $15 $30 $45 $60 Basic $10 $20 $30 $40 *The Phase II bonus is also paid weekly to Autoship members!

4 Phase III - Residual Bonus All Qualified Executive Distributors participate in Phase III of the Financial Plan. This phase alone has extremely powerful money making potential. You earn an amazing 60% bonus from your first two levels! Plus, earn up to 10% on your third level down to infinity! In addition, the Leadership Generational Bonus pays 3% through 4 generations. Here is how it works: Shared Infinity Bonus The Infinity Bonus Program begins on your third level. Depending on your Rank Level, you earn 3% (Ruby), 6% (Emerald) or 10% (Diamond). Beginning on your fourth level, it becomes a Shared Infinity Bonus. See the illustration below.

5 Leadership Generational Bonus Whenever a Diamond is completely blocked from the Infinity Bonus by another Diamond, the Generational Bonus starts paying 3% on EVERY level through 4 Generations of Diamonds! The first generation begins on the third level of the first Diamond in each leg of your organization. The Bonus finally ends on the third level of the fifth Diamond in each leg. See the Illustration below. This can pay very deep into the organization, creating powerful residual bonuses to reward the leaders.

6 Phase IV - Diamond Elite Pools Phase IV includes three Diamond pools. The purpose of these pools is to reward our distributor partners for their help in building the company. It is also designed to reward and encourage teamwork. All pool bonuses are paid monthly. Volume qualifications are based on residual BV only. All qualifiers receive an equal share of the pool Diamond Elite Pool 2% Based On World-Wide Company Volume Qualifier: 10,000 Total Team BV* Double Diamond Elite Pool 2% Based On World-Wide Company Volume Qualifier: 75,000 Total Team BV* Platinum Diamond Elite Pool 2% Based On World-Wide Company Volume Qualifier: 150,000 Total Team BV* * No more than 70% of qualifying volume from one leg.
