1 7 th International Exhibition of Information Technologies The leading B2B event for IT industry professionals in Morocco The MED-IT trade show, held in Morocco since 2002, is a showcase of innovative technologies and a place where Morocco s IT industry professionals and decision-makers can get together to network, as well as explore and discuss relevant topics. Each year, the trade show, sponsored by Morocco s Ministry of Industry, Trade, Investment, and the Digital Economy, welcomes 2,000 decision-makers and 80 exhibitors over two days. In addition to the exhibition, conferences and round tables are held to present new trends. The one-to-one aspect of the event enables participants to arrange targeted business meetings and meet the best suppliers for their projects. The trade show is also a chance for Moroccan IT companies to set up partnerships with foreign companies. 4G and mobility - the major themes for the 2015 trade show For its 2015 edition, the trade show theme will be the deployment of 4th generation mobile telephony (4G) and the opportunities that these new uses will generate in terms of competitiveness and productivity for the kingdom s businesses. A pavilion dedicated to mobile innovations Med-IT 2015 will offer start-ups the possibility of promoting the new mobile uses of tomorrow and bringing to light new solutions. The trade show will highlight the cutting-edge technologies associated with 4G and mobile: the new terminals, the business apps, security, BYOD, mobile device management, innovative mobile strategies, the cloud, machine-to-machine, the Internet of Things, m-payments, geolocation, and embedded systems.
