Attendees will continue to use the backpack/tote bags from the conference at their schools and homes. The Conference App plays a major role in guiding the attendees Conference experience. Over 50% of NSTA Conference Attendees reference the App as their preferred medium for navigating the conference. Dedicated Advertising Space on App Home Screen 3 Push Notifications General Session Speaker - $10,000 National/$6,500 each Area Conference/STEM Forum & Expo Our General Session speakers and sponsors are given maximum visibility during the conference and in all pre-conference materials as well as post-conference write-ups. Sponsor will be thanked and acknowledged by Master of Ceremonies for their sponsorship Sponsor logo featured on screen prior to start of session Name Badge/Lanyard Sponsorship - $15,000 National/$2,500 each Area Conference/STEM Forum & Expo Ensure all attendees are wearing your colors! Sponsoring lanyards or neck wallets puts your company logo in front of all conference attendees for the duration of the conference. Sponsorship cost is for rights to sponsorship only, lanyards or neck wallets to be sourced separately by sponsor. Every attendee will receive a neck wallet/lanyard with your customized design (All material/art must be pre-approved by NSTA) and be wearing it throughout the event

3 Social Media Hub/Lounge - $10,000 National Conference Attendees will be able to relax and check in with all their friends on Social Media in this 20x20 space in the Exhibits Hall. Featuring 2 couches and accompanying tables, 4 TV s (2 mounted, 2 Stand Up), Internet access, and a Counter Area with 4 laptops, attendees will have a comfortable area to rest, check , and learn about how to use Social Media. Sponsor branded graphics on Structure Ability to have staff person work with attendees to introduce sponsor s Social Media properties Option to provide hand-out/give-away to visitors of the Hub/ Lounge Sponsor Social Media featured on 2 TV s in the Hub/Lounge Branding and recognition in all communications regarding Hub/Lounge NSTA President s Reception - $8,000 National Conference A relaxed evening event focused on low-key networking for attendees and NSTA leadership filled with plenty of fun and socializing. Option to do a raffle during the breakfast Informal Science Day Science in the Community - $6,000 National Conference This year s Informal Science Day features a Breakfast, Keynote speaker, and Share-a-thon. Your sponsorship includes exclusive access to leaders focused on citizen science, afternoon programs, and more. 4 First Timers Session- $5,000 National/$3,500 each Area Conference The first-timers session provides a detailed overview of the conference led by NSTA leadership. Be the first impression attendees have at an NSTA conference. Option to contribute raffle prizes Global Conversations Conference hosted at NSTA National - $5,000 National Conference The Global Conversations Conference recognizes NSTA s increased emphasis on international collaboration in science education. There are numerous opportunities for international visitors to network together with science educators from various cultures, including those from North America. Option to contribute raffle prizes NSTA Student/Student Chapter Reception - $5,000 National Conference Pre-service teachers will showcase their activities and best practices from the colleges and universities they represent. Attendees will also learn how to start a student chapter. NSTA Chapter/Associated Group Leader Roundtable and Reception - $5,000 National Conference Networking and information-sharing sessions for NSTA s recognized state/province chapters and associated groups.
