12 Opportunity for small retail businesses to showcase and sell their products and services. Over 800 people visited the 2011 and 2012 Market. Customers were from 29 different Arkansas cities/towns and 5 different states. The first Entrepreneur Resource Center in South Arkansas (website). Features entrepreneurs, business forms and templates, and access to experts in their fields to help businesses get started. Two OJS programs were implemented in El Dorado. Participants went through 36 hours of business plan development. The top three plans were selected to receive seed capital for business expenses.
