All applicants will be juried at the discretion of the Mateel Community Center. We do not accept INCOMPLETE OR LATE APPLICATIONS A COMPLETE application includes: ALL FEES, All checks will be deposited immediately (according to GAAP standards); There is a $30 charge for returned checks. In the event that you did not jury into the festival we will refund your booth fee in full. PHOTOS, Photos should show your booth, menu or product Self Addressed STAMPED ENVELOPE (Adequate size & postage) California RESALE or NONPROFIT number. If you need a temporary seller s permit, call the State Board of Equalization at FOOD BOOTHS - please also include a signed Non-Profit Partnership Agreement with a Letter of Endorsement from the local non-profit you will be benefitting. This form DOES NOT GRANT instant acceptance into ROTR. ADVERTISING & SPONSORSHIPS If you would like to sponsor Reggae on The River and/or advertise in the program guide please call our Sponsorship Coordinator Tanya Malley at (707) Ext. 27 or at sponsors@mateel.org FOOD VENDORS Only nonprofits organizations are qualified to vend food at ROTR. If you are a commercial food vendor and would like to raise funds for a local non-profit, you will need a letter of endorsement from the nonprofit to be eligible for our Non-Profit Partnership Program. BIODEGRADABLE SERVICE-WARE All food vendors must have biodegradable/ compostable service wares (Paper plates, boats, cups, bowls, etc)- Ukiah Paper Co., Cash n Carry and World Centric are a few examples of Local stores to purchase biodegradable service wares.

2 ELECTRICITY Basic electricity will be available for all vendors. Let us know what your electrical needs are if you require more than basic lighting. There will be a charge for extra electricity CAMPING Your Camping Point of Contact will direct you to your designated spot. Only 2 people will be allowed to camp in/behind craft booths. We do not allow this behind food booths (or booths in "the island" since there isn't any space behind these booths) ACCEPTANCE PROCESS All Applicants will be juried a week after Application Deadline. If your business is chosen to participate you will first receive a Congratulations . Around mid June you will receive an Acceptance Package in the mail containing your BOOTH NUMBER, VENUE MAP and festival instructions. If you DID NOT MAKE IT through the jury process you will receive a Waiting List Offer. PARKING 1 parking pass included for Craft Booths and 2 for Food Booths. Extra parking passes are $20 (Max 3 per Booth) No RVs or ATVs are allowed. RV spaces must be purchased in advance. Roll-in RVs will not be accepted without advance registration NO vehicles behind or in any booth space NO parking in concert bowl (load in/out only) WRISTBANDS 8 wristbands included for Food Booths and 2 with Craft Booths Food booths can purchase 4 and Craft Booths 2 more for half price Monday Tuesday: Local Food Vendors Wednesday; Craft and Non Food Vendors SET UP Monday & Tuesday: 3 p.m. till dark, the bowl will be open for vehicle access to food vendors ONLY NO BOOTH SET UP on Thursday, August 3 rd * NO REFUNDS AFTER JUNE 11TH For Limited ROVING VENDING OPPORTUNITIES contact me at vendorinfo@mateel.org or call ext.34. 4 AGREEMENT AND RELEASE FROM LIABILITY I,, acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to Reggae on the River to participate in crafter/food vending at French s Camp, 657 N HWY 101. I am aware that hazards exist and I am voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the danger involved. I hereby agree to accept any and all risks of injury or death, or theft, and verify this statement by placing my initials here: As consideration for being permitted by The Mateel Community Center, Inc. in these activities and use of their facilities, I hereby agree that I, my assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, and legal representatives will not make a claim against sue, or attach the property of The Mateel Community Center, Inc. or any of its affiliated organizations for injury or damage resulting from the negligence or other acts, howsoever caused or any of its affiliated organizations as a result of my participation in Reggae on the River. I hereby release The Mateel Community Center, Inc. and any of its affiliated organizations from all actions, claims or demands that I, my assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, and legal representatives now have or may hereafter have for injury or damage resulting from my participation in Reggae on the River. I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its contents. I am aware this is a release of liability and a contract between me and The Mateel Community Center, Inc. and/or its affiliated organizations and I sign it of my own free will. We agree to donate 20% of our net profit after costs, to this local non-profit from food sales at Reggae on the River, by no later than September 1st,. We understand that failure to comply with this agreement will result in exclusion as a vendor from ROTR and other Mateel events and festivals. Additionally, we understand that if payment to this Non-Profit is not honored by the date listed above, we are responsible for all legal fees and court costs that may be incurred in pursuit of this legally binding agreement.
