1 TEACHERS PROFESSIONAL EXCHANGE PROGRAM APPLICATION FORM Use the guidelines Teachers Professional Exchange Program to help prepare this application. Your application needs to be received by School Recruitment, People and Careers by end Term 3 to ensure it is finalised in Term 4 of the year preceding the exchange. Both teachers applying for exchange will need to complete this form. The principal of each teacher will need to endorse the application. The Director of Public Schools, NSW will need to endorse the application. If another principals network group is involved, both Directors will need to endorse the application.
