1 PRESIDENT'S BOOK REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMISSION Name: Club: PRESIDENT Turn in President Mini Manual and required forms in an appropriate binder or folder as stated below to the Extension Office annually by August 31. Minimum requirements must be completed for the book to be accepted for banner club or officer book competition. 1) President book must be submitted in a 3 ring binder or a folder with 3 brackets. No Loose Papers! (may be computer generated) 4) Must provide completed 4 H Club Meeting Agenda Guide page for every meeting (manual page 7) 5) Must complete a Parliamentary Procedure Terms activity page (manual page 12) 6) Must submit a list of all guests that attended meetings by their name and date. 7) Requirements for Submission page (Name, Club, # of Members, and # of 8) All records must be either handwritten, preferably in ink or typed by the 9) All work should be done by the member, unless a special needs child requires adult assistance JUDGING SCALE FOR OUTSTANDING PRESIDENT BOOK AWARD * Minimum requirement completed 10 points * List/explain one motion and one new skill practiced * At least three examples of delegated responsibilities to other club members (w/ description) * Neatness (including grammar & spelling) TOTAL /2
