11 Economic and Workforce Opportunity Considerations The Respondent s commitment to the following requirements will be considered in selection: M/WBE: Increase subcontracting opportunities for Minority and Women-Owned Businesses through participation with a goal of 20-35% of costs associated with the development contracted to M/WBE Employment Opportunities Program (EOP): Provide outreach plan for construction employment opportunities for low-income workers HireNYC: Consider Target Population employees for permanent employment opportunities when 10+ jobs are created Living Wage/Prevailing Wage: Ensure compliance with Living and Prevailing Wage Laws.
