11 Practical Advice Joining European Projects - The key to successful collaboration at EU level is KNOWING PEPOLE & KNOWING WHAT s HAPPENING - The European Technology Platform is an excellent place to get to know people to learn about events, projects, funding programmes... - EU research projects are an excellent way to experiment with collaboration in a pre-competitive environment and at very low financial risk, participate in the TEPPIES system for the next HORIZON 2020 calls - HORIZON 2020 calls are highly competitive and the success rates are not very high, but even if your proposal fails you will have learned a lot and have built new contacts for future partnerships
12 E T T M a European Textile Technology Marketplace
13 ETTMa Concept ETTMa is a European-wide textile technology transfer service provided by the European Technology Platform for the Future of Textiles and Clothing - Exploit European Technology Platform as Open Innovation Platform: - Crowd sourcing ideas from a large textile technology expert network - Seeding industry-research partnerships independent of EU funded projects - Enable companies to find innovative solutions Europe-wide, enable researchers to test/validate research results with companies Europe-wide
