2 Annex 1 LINGUISTIC POLICY CORPORATIVE LANGUAGE UTILIZED The language used by the corporation of l Écomarché régional de Beresford inc. is French. During assemblies, general meetings and activities, the Board Members, the directors and the committees will use the French language for all communications written and oral. All official documents such as: Agendas and the minutes of a meeting will be in French. STANDING OFFER OF L ÉCOMARCHÉ RÉGIONAL DE BERESFORD INC. All communications written or verbal to the attention of vendors will be offered in both official languages of Canada. All communications written or verbal to the attention of customers will be offered in both official languages of Canada. It is strongly recommended that all vendors establish proper mechanisms of communication so that may be served in the language of their choice. LINGUISTIC SIGNAGE All indoor and outdoor signs of L Écomarché régional de Beresford inc. must conform to the Town of Beresford s policy on signage based on the resolution adopted formerly on January 23, This linguistic policy, as well as the signage policy regarding L Écomarché régional de Beresford inc. will be made available in English for all vendors so they can be made aware of all policies. SPECIAL EVENTS & ACTIVITIES L Écomarché régional de Beresford inc. will primarily promote the French and Acadian Culture during special events and activities.

Please check with the administration. Minimum space allocation: The minimum space allocation is 5 x 10. Maximum space allocation: The maximum space allocation is 20 x 10 (2 kiosks 10 x10 ). Non-profit Groups: One 5 x 10 kiosk per week will be allocated to a nonprofit group at the cost of $10.00.

5 Payment Seasonal merchants: Payable by check ; poste-dated each month. Checks are to be submitted to manager every first Saturday of the month. Occasional merchants: Payable upon arrival on Saturday. Reimbursement Policy Membership fees and kiosk fees are non-refundable. Fees attributed to seasonal merchants may be reimbursed if conditions permit and must be approved by the manager. Detailed list of products See Annex 3 L Écomarché régional de Beresford Inc. (The Market) requires a detailed list of all the products you wish to sell at l Écomarché régional de Beresford Inc. (The Market) Hours Based on the season, l Écomarché régional de Beresford Inc. (The Market) will be open Saturdays from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. Registration Forward your registration form, along with the $15.00 administration fee, to the administration office. Once your request is accepted, we will provide you with a rental contract at l Écomarché régional de Beresford Inc. (The Market).
