2 History & Vision The Keyano College Foundation was formed in The people involved in the inception of the College had big plans and they recognized additional support was required. The Foundation quickly became a key part of both the College and community. The role of the Keyano College Foundation is wideranging. In addition to student support throughout financial awards, the Keyano College Foundation also provides support to the College s academics, athletics, theatre, trades programs and capital development. The Keyano College Foundation has received incredible support from friends and industry for over 34 years. In turn, the Foundation continues to grow with the College and the community and plays a vital role in both. PG 2

5 A Night to Remember The Keyano College Foundation s annual Gala shines as the region s signature blacktie event. Gala is an evening of philanthropy, friendship, music and all out fun! The event is a chance for guests to come together and celebrate the community over refreshments and entertainment. Live and silent auctions, musical guest and social hors d oeuvres and desserts, are a few of the evenings main attractions.
