1 2019 MUSIC SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION FORM To be eligible for consideration, this application form must be completed with required documentation and returned to the School Office by 4.00pm on Friday 9 March In addition to completing and submitting this application form, applicants must register and sit the Edutest Academic Scholarship Examination on Saturday 24 February Please visit: to register. Music Auditions will be held at the School during the week commencing Monday 19 March 2018 and students will be contacted with their audition time. Students applying for a Music Scholarship must attend an audition. 7 Application Submission Instructions In addition to submitting this form, each candidate must sit the Edutest Academic Scholarship Examination to be held on Saturday 24 February 2018 from 8.30am 12.00pm. Each application must be accompanied by a copy of the candidate s latest school report (Semester ) and most recent NAPLAN results. 3.
