Initially, we are looking at the 3 mile stretch of corridor between the City of Wilmington and City of New Castle boundaries. Key focus areas include: Assessing the corridor s economic strengths and opportunities Identifying strategies to drive business development Creating and better accessing jobs, healthy foods, recreation and community services, affordable housing, mitigating environmental and health concerns, promoting smart redevelopment Eliminating incompatible land uses Addressing transportation concerns Check out the Project Scope for more details.
