4 Term Employee Volunteer Program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Definition A planned, managed effort that seeks to motivate and enable employees to effectively volunteer under the sponsorship and leadership of the employer. A concept whereby organizations consider the interests of society by taking responsibility for the impact of their activities on customers, employees, shareholders, communities and the environment in all aspects of their operations. 4

17 For Investors Group, our long heritage of grassroots involvement, corporate funding, and project initiation by many of our people has created a strong corporate culture of caring for our communities. We have a long history of attracting people who are ambitious and people who care for those they serve, which translates into a deep interest in community needs.
