5 Contract Details Contract Duration: Until allocated budget is used (approximately 2 years) Budget: Up to $3.5M Contract Start Date: January/February, 2017 M/WBE Participation Goal: 20-35%

6 M/W/DBE Requirements M/WBE Participation Goal is 20-35% M/WBE Narrative Form is due with proposal M/WBE must be certified by NYC Dept. of Small Business Services Respondents will be required to submit an M/WBE Subcontractors Participation Plan for each project Selected respondents are not required to meet the goal on every project under the contract, but are required to meet the goal in the aggregate/contract level Identifying M/WBE Partners Use SBS directory to find M/WBEs in a specific field Check out the Interested Subcontractor and Supplier List for this RFP Network at this info session NYCEDC can assist in identifying M/WBEs Respondents will be required to meet the M/WBE goal or prove good faith efforts have been made
