11 SIST MISSION: TO CREATE THE CLASS OF ENGINEERS- ENTREPRENEURS Skolkovo University will set the new standard in higher education and research in Russia Engineering A Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovations (CEI) will spread entrepreneurial spirit across the institute. Entrepreneursi hp Research It will provide technology licensing, industry liaison and other services. 11
