Will be featured as the Lead Organizing Sponsoring institution for the Summit in all communications of the event, including backdrop, brochure, website, newspaper supplement, other publicity and promotional material for the event; complementary twopage four color advertisement in Summit Kit to be distributed to all event participants; Sponsor will get a reserved table for 8 people at a prominent place in the evenall. The sponsor's name shall be mentioned in the press releases as Lead Organizer of the event, space for one complimentary stall with two standees/signage at the entrance, recognition by event speakers from the podium. Joint Organizer Sponsorships: PKR 500,000/- Will be featured as the joint organizer sponsoring institution for the Summit in all communications of the event, including backdrop, brochure, website, newspaper supplement, other publicity and promotional material for the event; special invitation to participate in the Workshop for Potential companies, complimentary registration for three official representatives to attend all the sessions of the Summit; and a complementary one-page four color advertisement in Summit Kit to be distributed to all event participants. In addition, a special 10 minutes speaking slot for sponsor representative and acknowledgment in all media material for the summit. Co-Host Sponsorships: PKR 400,000/- Will be featured as the co-hosts for the Summit in all communications of the event, including backdrop, brochure, website, newspaper supplement, other publicity and promotional material for the event; complimentary registrations for one official representative to attend all sessions of the Summit; and a complementary one-page four color advertisement and inclusion of other promotional material provided by the sponsor to be included in Summit Kit to be distributed to all event participants. Session Sponsorships: PKR 250,000/- Will be featured as Session Sponsors for the Summit in all communications of the event, including backdrop, brochure, website, newspaper supplement, other publicity and promotional material for the event; special invitation to participate in the Workshop for Potential companies, complimentary registrations for two official representatives at 50% discount; and a complementary half-page four color advertisement in Summit Kit. Standard Exhibition Stall for the Potential Companies: PKR 100,000/- Will be given a special 10 minutes speaking slot for highlighting the company and an Exhibition Stall for show casing the products. Will be featured as potential company for the Summit in all communications of the event, including backdrop, brochure, website, newspaper supplement, other publicity and promotional material for the event; special invitation to participate in the Workshop for Potential companies, complimentary registration for one official representative to attend all sessions of the Summit; and a complementary half-page four color advertisement in Summit Kit to be distributed to all event participants. SAFE is a not for profit association having recognized body status of the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC), and is a network exchange association of the World Federation of Exchanges (WFE). While SAFE's regular activities are funded by its member entities in the shape of annual member subscriptions, however most of its other market development initiatives are undertaken through funds arranged on self generation basis in the shape of sponsorship or registration fee etc. SAFE comprises of thirty five (22) member entities from the SAARC Region (Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka) as well as from Mauritius and UAE; sixteen (10) regional stock & commodity exchanges as Primary Members; nine (5) Associate Members comprising of non regional exchanges, and regional depository & clearing institutions, seven (3) Affiliate Members and four (4) Affiliate Associations.
