2 AN INSIGHT TO REGION OF VALENCIA Excellent Climate, geographic location and infrastructures. Important population density (5 million inhabitants) with an important GDP gross rate (10% of the Spanish GDP rate). 22,6 million tourists come to the Region of Valencia every year. We host nearly 13.5% of all foreign citizens living in Spain. A sound entrepreneurial character. During 2014 more than 31 companies were created each day.leading the ranking in terms of accelerators, incubators and co-working spaces. 1 in 4 people in adulthood is currently engaged in any of the stages of the entrepreneurial process (intention, emerging, new activity or consolidated activity; GEM study). 2
