13 PROTECTION OF SME RIGHTS Under OPORA RUSSIA operates the Bureau of Protection of the rights of SMEs 20 regional offices of the Bureau in subsidiaries of the RF. Over applications from the entrepreneurs from different regions of the RF for 7 years. Over applications to governmental authorities, 25 % of which - to the Office of the Prosecutor General.
